Due to the nature of our small commission shop, we cannot offer returns. Please do let us know if your product is damaged or defective and we will do everything we can to make it right!

Shipping

Our current shipping options are based on weight. While the cost of shipping may not always be competitive, we hope that you will consider the extra cost an investment in this mission! Given the small nature of our organization, packing orders may take a few days, please be patient with us!
